Arsenic
Arsenic is found in cigarette smoke because it is used as a pesticides on tobacco farming. It is well known for its use in rat poison

This chemical is mainly used in fertilizer, but in cigarettes it used to hence the effect of nicotine. Exposure to ammonia can effect the lungs, nose, and eyes. By the way it is also used in toilet cleaners.

Hydrogen Cyanide
Also known as gas chamber cyanide, this gas highly poisonous and is present in cigarette smoke.

Benzene
Benzene is found in gasoline, pesticide, and surprisingly in cigarette smoke. This chemical is directly associated with leukemia when smoked in cigarettes.
