Easy Way To Stop Smoking
Stop smoking does not have to be a huge difficult step for smokers to take, rather it can be a simple gradual steps that will eventually lead to an easy way to stop smoking.
There are two methods that can be used for easy way to stop smoking:
1) Unplanned.
2) Have a stop smoking plan.
Each of these method works differently for different people. Its best to give each method a go and see which one works best for you to help you quit smoking.
Easy Way To Stop Smoking Without Plan
This method, simply put, requires no plan whatsoever, but the smoker must have abundance of motivation to stop smoking in order for the unplanned plan to work.
Research carried out by Robert West of University College London, who interviewed just over 1800 people who smoke and who quit smoking, found that half of the people who attempted to quit smoking did not have a plan and succeed longer, in their attempts, than the ones that had a plan.
The main key, according Robert West, is to build up enough motivation in quitting that eventually the smoker will just stop smoking.
According some experts easy way to stop smoking happens in stages. The first stage involves building up motivation i.e. "I want to live a healthy life", "I don't want to smell of cigarettes", "I don't want to influence my children in to smoking", "i don't want to have cancer", "I just want to be free from smoking" and so on. The second stages involves attempting to stop smoking when enough motivation is build up. The third stage involves going back to first stage if you fail and start smoking again.
The second stage can be broken down in two parts:
-Going cold turkey (highly recommended)
-Using products to help with craving and withdraw symptoms i.e. nicotine gums, patches and so on.
Going cold turkey is probably the best, and if you are highly motivated, easy way to stop smoking, however it is not for everyone. Killing of your withdraw symptoms by using range of products to help you stop smoking, also carries the risk of being depended on that product but is still better than smoking as products don't have the health risks associated with smoking.
You can also have a plan to stop smoking.
